At I.S.M Aesthetics, I am a veteran owned licensed esthetician committed to delivering tailored beauty services that enhance both appearance and well-being. My expertise encompasses a variety of treatments, including customized facials, full body waxing, teeth whitening with gems, ingrown hair removal, cluster lash extensions, and brow tinting. CANCELLATION POLICY
Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Enough extra time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries. I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments ... as a courtesy, confirmation is made 24 hours in advance via email and/or text. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service. If you cancel and do not reschedule within 24hours you will be charged 50% of the service, and will not be able to rebook until balance is paid. If your card on file has insufficient funds you will be blocked from the booking site. If you’re late to your rescheduled appointment, a deposit will be required to rebook. If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment, but I may be able to perform an abbreviated treatment. More than 10 minutes late will required a rescheduling unless we have communicated otherwise and I can accommodate. While I sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement of a superior service experience, the most generous gratuity you can provide is the referral to a friend or family.
