As a licensed esthetician, I specialize in providing customized facials, full body waxing, teeth whitening/gems, ingrown hair removal, cluster lash extensions, semi-permanent makeup, brow tinting, and soon mobile spa services. With a strong emphasis on self-care and exceptional customer service, my priority is to provide each client with an unforgettable "experience" and leave them feeling better than when they arrived. Cancellation Policy
Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Enough extra time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries. I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments ... as a courtesy, confirmation is made 24 hours in advance via email and/or text. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service. If you cancel and do not reschedule within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service and will not be able to rebook until balance is paid. If your card on file has insufficient funds you will be blocked from the booking site. If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment, but I may be able to perform an abbreviated treatment. More than 10 minutes late will required a rescheduling unless we have communicated otherwise. While I sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement of a superior service experience, the most generous gratuity you can provide is the referral to a friend or family.
